Professional Services Development Manager

Summary
Professional Services department offers merchants the expertise required to identify, develop, and deploy payment solutions that reduce their overall cost of processing payments.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand and document customers' payment solution needs.
• Prepare solution specifications.
• Manage a development team.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities.
• Train merchants and Skipjack Customer Support on deployed solutions.
• Manage effort tracking and billing of professional services customers.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve customer issues.
• Grow Professional Services revenue.
• Optimize the effectiveness of the development group.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of ASP, .NET, PHP, XML, JavaScript and Internet technologies.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical documentation.
• Demonstrated work-related project management experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Technical Sales Lead

Summary
• Act as a technical point of contact for sales representatives and relationship managers regarding IT questions and solutions that arise during the sales cycle.
• Support Relationship manager in organizing and communicating Product, IT and Operational updates to sales team through scheduled training sessions.
• Act as liaison with product, IT and operations areas to ensure alignment with proposed merchant solution and technical capabilities.
• Ability to work well with aggressive deadlines and minimal supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
• Proactively engage Product, IT and Operations teams to identify and define opportunities to develop or enhance product feature / functionality to meet industry opportunities.
• Support sales activity by consulting with the sales executives, relationship managers and / or the merchant to identify payment processing solutions that assist the sales channel with meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals.
• Ensure that sales team and relationship managers are well educated on the benefits and functions of Skipjack, i.e., Skipjack Merchant Services, Skipjack solutions, reporting, settlement and associated timeframes, etc.
• Partner with a relationship manager during the sales cycle to help understand and document the specific requirements for the merchant. Works throughout the sales cycle to make sure those requirements are achieved.
• Understand, document and present solution recommendations (formally in a proposal like format or informally using tools such as PPT or Visio)
Knowledge and Skills
• High-level of initiative, self-management and self-direction
• Ability to schedule, prioritize and manage tasks and projects
• Proven experience in working with sophisticated payment processing solutions and associated industry providers in the delivery of comprehensive solutions
• Four-year business or computer science degree is required or equivalent work experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral (face to face and over the phone) communications
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Visio)
• High level understanding of HTTP/S, Web Services and internet centric technologies

What You Bring to the Table

• Solid understanding of database fundamentals (Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures).
• Expertise in web related products, technologies and best practices (e.g. IIS, security issues, etc).

Senior Software Tester/Quality Assurance Analyst

Summary:
• Software Tester to validate solutions in mission critical production environments using superior skills in creating and executing test plans and cases.
• 5+ years experience testing enterprise class software in web based environment
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with expertise in Security, Performance, Database, and Web testing
• Good working knowledge of software design and development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of the SDLC and quality processes.
• Experience with Industry standard test automation, test and defect management tools.
• Experience working with in C#, C++, C and Java considered an asset.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Electronic Payments industries considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, execute, and evaluate manual and automated tests for functional, system, regression, and performance testing ensuring traceability and coverage.
• Develop, document, and maintain test deliverables (Test Requirements, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Procedures, Status Reports and Test Result Summaries).
• Set up and configure test environments, including relevant test data.
• Identify, log and track issues in the defect tracking system.
• Record all test results and report test status as required.
• Adhere to QA team best practices, processes and methodologies and provide feedback for continuous improvement goals.
• Work effectively with project team members to resolve quality issues.
• Work effectively with all QA team members to accomplish shared goals.
• Design robust and innovative testing solutions to meet project requirements.
• Mentor other peers on test and quality processes.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Candidate must be an experienced software tester with experience in Microsoft Technologies such as the .NET framework, C#, C++, ISAPI, MFC and COM/DCOM.
• Must have strong experience with Industry standard test automation, test and defect management tools.
• Ability to quickly understand testing requirements based on business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
• Experience reviewing and editing testing specifications and making recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Development experience in Visual Studio (C#, C++ or Java) and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 preferred.
• Expertise in testing web-based, two-tier and three-tier client server applications preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Mature, confident team player motivated by a fast paced environment.
• Must be creative and detail oriented.

Summary:
• Software engineer to analyze, design, test and develop software solutions for use in mission critical production environments.
• 6+ years of software design and development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Specialty, in developing mission critical application with experience through the full software engineering life cycle is required.
• MUST have at least three (3) years of experience with C#.
• Experience in C++, C, and Java is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work under aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Architect, design and develop software solutions and functionality based on business requirements.
• Work with a team of software engineers to develop and maintain existing electronic payment processing system.
• Perform system performance benchmarks, stress testing and scalability assessments.
• Undertake technical ownership of areas related to scalability, stress testing, and product benchmarking.
• Design robust software solutions encompassing resource management, security, performance monitoring and tuning, data management and capacity planning.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Candidate must be an experienced software engineer with experience in Microsoft Technologies such as the .NET framework, C#, C++, ISAPI, MFC and COM/DCOM.
• Must have a solid foundation in Visual Studio environment and Windows operating systems.
• Strong development experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
