Skipjack Launches ezPay Payment Solution
Cincinnati, Ohio – March 14, 2006: Today, Skipjack Financial Services, Inc. announced that it is launching the ezPay Secure Order Form solution (ezPay). ezPay allows merchants to generate their own “buy buttons” and secure order forms to facilitate payment for products and services on their website.
ezPay is ideal for merchants that want to quickly and easily add payment functionality to their website without the need to invest in expensive shopping carts or lengthy development efforts.
Payment-enabling a website is simple using ezPay. Merchants need to follow only a few simple steps:
1. Enter the merchant and product information into the ezPay secure order form generator
2. Review and test the generated order form to ensure that it meets their needs
3. Copy and paste the order form code into their website next to the relevant product or service
Once the merchant has added the secure order form to their website, their customers will see a “buy button” next to the product that they can click to access the payment form.

• Address Verification Service (AVS) and Security Code (e.g. CVV2/CVC2) fraud screen options
• Comprehensive reporting tools to facilitate data mining and deposit reconciliation

• Support for up to five user defined fields so that custom data can be collected with every order
• Optional order confirmation email to customer and/or merchant
• Extensive transaction management features, including the ability to void, refund (full and partial), re-authorize an approved transaction for a different amount, and re-bill a settled transaction to create a new transaction from existing credit card/customer details
